The world is so sweet and magical sometimes. Early this year, I signed up for a weekend Qigong workshop. I knew next-to-nothing about the practice, but I'd been feeling called to learn more about the flow and channeling of energy in the human body, So I dove in.
It was intense. It was intense, and wonderful, and I felt absolutely in love with the method. I promised myself I'd explore further.
A few weeks later, almost out of nowhere, a large box showed up in my office. Inside the box was—the universe works in such funny ways—a rich multimedia program called Spring Forest Qigong. The CDs and DVDs came as part of a 'Deluxe Course,' with information on Qi energy, techniques on using Qigong to help others heal, and a series of beautiful meditation CDs on inner beauty and focus. I've been playing with them ever since, and ever since I've been amazed by how powerful the practice is... so you can imagine my delight to learn that Spring Forest wanted to become one of our partners. :)
