As Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day growth on video ad spend (YouTube) and building a robust strategy to maximize growth, while maximizing efficiency. You will be part of an innovative and fast-moving growth team with the opportunity to make an immediate impact towards the success of Gaia.

How you’ll be spending your day:

  • Designing, structuring and maintaining all aspects of YouTube paid digital campaigns
  • Actively managing and upkeeping digital ad accounts, accountable to organizational targets
  • Own, drive, and monitor daily spend, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS) metrics to ensure profitable performance
  • Oversee all YouTube campaigns, including acquisition, retargeting and winback, based on recent trends and overall marketing department budgets
  • Effectively offboard YouTube from agency management
  • Create strategy around and understand the interplay between the various ad platforms (Google and Meta)
  • Perform spend trade-off analyses between paid google channels and recommend monthly (Google) channel budgets
  • Develop strategies to increase reach and decrease cost per customer acquisition based on targeting specific demographics and leveraging content to the correct audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Or 3 years+ in related prior experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • US citizenship or US residency with an existing work permit is required
  • Non-smoker
  • Must be available to work in our campus in Louisville, CO. This is not a remote role.
