Ignite Cardio Sculpt starts with a quick, high-energy cardio drill followed by a Mini Burst and then flows into a head-to-toe sculpt routine that includes two more Mini Bursts. The workout finishes up strong with one last calorie-blasting cardio drill and another a Mini Burst. It’s a cardio and body sculpting all in one fast-paced, efficient program.
