Soy José Ignacio García Gallardo, natural de Cádiz, formado académicamente entre Granada y Madrid.Me dedico al sector Fitness desde hace 15 años, con más 10 años de experiencia en entrenamiento personal. Toda mi formación durante estos años ha ido encaminada hacia la salud, formándome en diferentes disciplinas y cada vez interesándome más por el sector de la escuela de la espalda y la corrección postural.Actualmente realizo tanto entrenamiento personal como clases de Pilates, escuela de espalda y Método hipopresivo Low Presure Fitness.
