Audrey Hopquin

À l’âge de 14 ans, Audrey entreprend une scolarité en horaires aménagés dans une école parisienne pluridisciplinaire. Cette formation lui a permis de découvrir la danse contemporaine grâce à divers ateliers transmis par de grands noms de la danse comme Mathilde Monnier, Benoit Lachambre ou Alain Platel.
Audrey Hopquin a développé des cours de barre au sol dynamiques en y intégrant la fluidité et la rythmicité de la danse associés à un travail d’étirements profonds, de mobilité et de renforcement. Par la suite, Audrey a souhaité faire évoluer sa pédagogie, enrichir ses connaissances et le contenu de ses cours en s’intéressant à la méthode Pilates, technique qu’elle propose à présent sur tapis et machines (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair).
Une professeure de pilates passionnée Sa passion pour le mouvement et le bien-être la pousse à se former régulièrement comme récemment à la méthode de Gasquet ou à diverses techniques de massages afin de proposer quelque chose d’unique enrichi par son besoin de se développer.
Grâce à son dynamisme et à sa créativité, Audrey Hopquin s’amuse dans ses cours à mélanger les styles, à changer les habitudes, varier les propositions et à créer un éveil sensoriel pour les élèves, le tout sous une pédagogie bienveillante au service d’un corps en pleine santé.
