Where do you need to make a fresh start in your life? Kirtan kriya is a simple kundalini mantra practice to calm the mind, allowing you to be focused and fully present so you can see new ways of doing things. During the class, you’ll chant the mantra sa ta na ma out loud, in a whisper, and silently. You’ll also pair it with a variety of energizing movements in order to feel the range of its power.
