On July 2012 my transformation out of the matrix started due to a life crisis. Following, I watched awakening documentaries and over the years I set my focus more on spiritual topics. By the end of 2015 I had my first experience with shamanic medicine. In 2018 my interest grew in meditation and came in touch with topics of Dr. Joe Dispenza. Since 2020 I have been leading the Dr. Joe Dispenza community in Düsseldorf and organize regular practical events such as walking-meditation and am founder of Co-Healing West authorized group for coherence healings.
