Can't resist having creamer with your coffee? Then this is a must for you! Vegan, gluten-free, and of course way healthier than the store-bought version which usually includes casein, sugar, sodium, and corn syrup. This homemade option ensures you'll have a nutritious and healthy creamer.
Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked for 12 hours
- 1½ cups purified water
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tsp manuka honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla (more or less to taste)
Directions
- Drain and rinse cashews.
- Blend all ingredients on high in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
Note*
You can choose to soak your cashew nuts overnight otherwise you can do a quick soak, where you use hot water and soak for 1 hour.
