This pilates class with Coco Ferrari focuses on strengthening the abdominal muscles, with some emphasis on thighs and glutes. Coco uses some classic pilates movements as well as some creative and challenging movements. You will feel invigorated, open and powerful by the end of class!
Contraindications: This is excellent for people who are healing from low back issues, but if you are new to building strength in your core you should keep a smaller range of motion with your movements. Anyone with neck pain should keep the head resting on a block or the floor while in a supine position.
