James Sanders, a police officer turned investigative reporter. He is the author of The Downing of TWA Flight 800, Altered Evidence, and First Strike with Jack Cashill. In December of 1997, after receiving material from a whistleblower within the Flight 800 investigation James and his wife were arrested for conspiracy to obtain forensic evidence of a solid fuel missile strike and have it tested.
