Enjoy this delicious and nutritious hemp milk in your chia seed porridge, latte or any smoothie!
Makes: 1 whole pitcher
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 6 cups filtered water
- ¾ cup shelled raw hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground vanilla bean
- 6 tbsp agave or yacon syrup
Directions
- In a blender, add the filtered water, hemp seeds, coconut oil, sea salt, cinnamon, ground vanilla bean, and sweetener of choice.
- Blend on high speed until nice and creamy.
