Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 cup spring water
- 1 pear, core and stem removed
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 squirts ginseng extract
- 2 squirts fulvic acid
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (or equivalent fresh root)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your tall cup or blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
