      Re-Discover Your Relationship to Yoga

      In this practice we slow it down and aim toward lengthening the breath as we slow down our transitions, build more strength and awareness, and create a new relationship to our practice and each other. In general the majority of yoga practices have become mechanical - reconnect to the magic of yoga and the union of body and mind, through breath.
