John McAfee is best known as the founder of McAfee Associates, a computer antivirus company. In February 2010, he started a new venture in the field of bacterial quorum sensing with, QuorumEx, which was working towards producing all natural antibiotics. As of January 2013 McAfee has been living in the United States working on several media projects including an autobiography and a feature film entitled, Running in the Background.
