Session 5 of Dr. Steven Greer's Gaia+ at GaiaSphere expands on emanations of consciousness, resonance, astral bodies, God consciousness beings, and a diagram of the Holographic Conscious Universe. Dr. Greer also explains that humanity is a “Level 0 civilization” and to attain Level 1, we must attain peace, evolve beyond war, and stop hurting the environment. After all, according to Dr. Greer, only Level 3 civilizations and up are cleared for interstellar travel.
