A través de mis estudios en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte entendí la importancia del ejercicio como eje fundamental del bienestar físico y mental. A través del Método Pilates descubrí una manera de organizar el movimiento que permite una mayor funcionalidad a través del gesto consciente y el patrón motor eficiente.En los más de 10 años como instructor de Pilates he tenido la oportunidad de impartir clase en distintos estudios en España. Actualmente desarrollo mi carrera profesional en Australia a la vez que comparto semanalmente mis reflexiones en mi blog sobre Pilates, salud y actividad física: whynotpilates.net.
