This drink is a serious upgrade of a classic formula that combines the best foods, superfoods and herbs to help improve circulation, build healthy tissue, and smooth out fatty deposits.

Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 tsp methylsulfonylmethane
- ½ tsp gotu kola powder
- 6 large mint leaves
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- Spring water
Directions
- Remove the skin of the citrus fruits, leaving the bioflavonoid-rich pith and seeds intact.
- Cut the pineapple into chunks.
- Blend everything together in a high-performance blender and enjoy on an empty stomach.
