Although he is best known as a relationship expert, in fact John Gray has been a meditator for 50 years. He studied sacred techniques with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the guru who developed Transcendental Meditation. John was a celibate monk who lived with the Maharishi as his personal assistant for 9 years. Searching for a meditation technique that anyone can use, John developed natural resonance meditation, and here he gives us very specific instructions.
