As a physicist, Dr. Brooks Agnew is probably one of the most experienced pioneers of ground probing radar technology in the world. He has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, a master's degree in statistics, and a PhD in physic and has authored thousands of technical, scientific, papers, booklets and documentaries. He is currently the president and CEO of Vision Motor Cars, Incorporated designing and manufacturing affordable electric vehicles for highway use.
