Session 7: Civilization in Metamorphosis
In the last session of The Grand Convergence, Dr. Bruce Lipton demonstrates how the extent of current global crises and chaos is a sign that the planet is engaged in an evolutionary upheaval. Human behavior is challenging the survival of civilization and the whole web of life. Cultural behavior in a large part is predicated on Darwinian Evolution. A new theory recognizes that life is actually based on cooperation, not competition in the struggle for life. In contrast, the notion that genes are the metric of evolution is giving way to the story that evolution is driven by increasing consciousness. This presentation provides a new thriveable theory of evolution, based on modelling protein “perception” units, that assesses past evolution stages, while offering insight into the positive future of human civilization.
