An increase in fiber helps keep you 'regular' + cleans your insides! So indulge in this quick but very nourishing Toggie sprouts recipe!
Serves: 2
Ingredients
(use organic where possible)
- ¼ cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 200g mushrooms
- 500g mung bean shoots
- 1 packet tempeh, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 long red chili, roughly chopped
- ½ onion, finely diced
- 1 red capsicum, thinly diced
Directions
- Arrange all of the ingredients nicely into a steamer.
- Steam for 6 minutes.
- Serve this with salad greens.
DRESSING
Ingredients
(use organic where possible)
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
Directions
- Mix the all dressing ingredients well.
