Originaire de Pologne, Ewa pratique le sport depuis toujours.
Elle se passionne d'abord pour la course à pieds 400m, qui nécéssite endurance et rapidité, avant de découvrir le Pilates.
La recherche de l'équilibre entre le corps et l'esprit est primordiale dans son enseignement. La recherche d'équilibre et de grâce se dégagent de ses cours et sont les notions fondamentales qu'elle cherche à transmettre à ses élèves.
