Cameron Gilley is a Vancouver-based yoga instructor known for his empowering and holistic approach. With over two decades of experience, he blends Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Power yoga, and Kundalini yoga to help students deepen awareness and cultivate inner strength. Certified in Hatha yoga in 2002, Cameron integrates pranayama, deep breathing, and mindfulness into his yoga practice. Whether leading vinyasa, restorative yin, or backbends, his classes inspire and rejuvenate students at all levels. His full yoga video offerings make his teachings accessible to all.

As a Gaia yoga instructor, Cameron has created several series videos, providing a structured and transformative journey.
