Everyone has habits, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with them. Some are pretty useful, but other habits might not be so beneficial. Breaking unwanted habits can be difficult, especially if you’ve been engaging in them for a long time. When behaviors become automatic, it means the brain does not have to use conscious thought to perform the activity. In order to successfully stop a bad habit, you need to break the subconscious automatic hold it is having on your life. The audios in this series will help you activate the conscious thinking part of your brain and use positive messaging to reprogramme your subconscious mind to helping you break the habit. The following audios to support Breaking Unwanted Habits include; Addiction, Anger Management, Social Media/Phone Addiction, Nail Biting, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Overcoming Laziness, Sugar Addiction and Teeth Grinding/Jaw Clenching.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic technique that puts you into a deep state of relaxation, enabling access to the subconscious mind. Using the power of suggestion, the audio guided sessions in this series encourage a positive change to the way you think and feel.
