Social media & phone addiction is a behavioral addiction that is characterized as being overly concerned about being on your phone or social media, driven by an uncontrollable urge to be with your phone or log on to or use social media, and devoting so much time and effort to social media and your phone that it impairs other important life areas. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to being on your phone and social media less.
