This Addiction guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who have a minor addiction and who want to work on the issue themselves. Please seek medical help if you are suffering from a serious addiction.
Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. An addiction is classified as a pattern of behavior that has a negative impact on your everyday life or those around you. The worse the addiction becomes, the more of an impact it will have on your daily life. In this session we will help you to view how your life may be different should your addiction continue and help you to no longer choose to continue on your addictive path - instead choose a more positive way of life. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to manage and control your addiction.
