      Pratyahara: The Journey Inward

      This class with Danielle Mika Nagel will focus on breath awareness, drishti, and fundamental asanas to create a more meditative practice in preparation for deep meditation and relaxation. To do this, Danielle explores the fifth limb of yoga, pratyahara, and how it is considered to be the bridge between the external limbs and the internal limbs from Patanjali's yoga sutras.
