Ultimate Smoothie Bowls

A simple technique to make a smoothie bowl super thick and creamy. It's perfect for kids after school and even for us big kids!

Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

FOR THE DRAGON FRUIT AND BANANA BOWL

  • 2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • ½ frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 tbsp black currants
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

FOR THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

FOR THE BANANA AND ALMOND BUTTER BOWL

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar ( optional )
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to your blender and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
