Danielle Mika Nagel

Danielle Mika Nagel es maestra de yoga y meditación, integrando en sus clases la filosofía yóguica con el movimiento para traer una sensación de conciencia a la práctica, dentro y fuera de la esterilla.
Danielle Mika Nagel es la directora de Desarrollo de Talleres para los centros del Chopra Yoga en Vancouver y Toronto, miembro también del cuerpo docente del Chopra Center. Además, co-dirige eventos para docentes en toda América del Norte.
Por otro lado, Nagel es escritora colaboradora para el Huffington Post y My Yoga en Gaia, y embajadora de Lululemon Athletica. Además del yoga, ha impartido clases de canto, danza y fitness en California, Hawái y Washington y está certificada por el American Counsel on Exercise como profesora de fitness grupal.
