This Hypnobirthing Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is for women wanting to learn relaxation, visualisation and self-hypnosis skills to help them have a calm and positive birth experience.
Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. Childbirth can be a frightening experience building up fear and tension. But without fear and stress, your body can produce more endorphins – a natural relaxant and pain killer – and replace the stress hormones that can cause your muscles to tense up and tighten, which can be the main source of pain during childbirth. In this session we will teach you various tools, like self-hypnosis, controlled breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to help change your birth experience so it's a peaceful and calm one. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to having a positive birth experience.
