Light Mind

This is a meditation to free the mind before sleeping. Through a unique eye yoga practice, your brain and mind will realign to set you up for rest. As you are guided to release what weighs you down, you create space for a renewed and serene mind. Allow tranquility to envelop you and drift off to sleep with a light and unburdened mind.
