Agathe Thine

Après une formation en hatha et vinyasa yoga auprès de Gérard Arnaud, à la FFY, Agathe se spécialise en yoga pré et post-natal auprès de Bernadette de Gasquet, puis en yoga pour enfants et adolescents au RYE auprès de Micheline Flak.
Elle est aussi journaliste spécialisée dans la santé naturelle et alternative et auteure d'ouvrages pratiques sur le yoga et la méditation (Mon cahier yoga-méditation, et Mon p'tit cahier méditation, éd. Solar)
