Valentine Peltier

Valentine est professeur de hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga pré et postnatal ainsi que yoga maman-bébé.
Formée à la Fédération Française de Yoga et auprès de Mercedes Ngoh à Londres, ses cours sont axés sur la fluidité et l'aisance dans les postures afin de permettre à chacun de bénéficier des bienfaits de la pratique selon son niveau.
Professeure certifiée auprès de l'institut de Gasquet et de l'école Birthlight à Londres, elle accompagne les futures et jeunes mamans dans toutes le étapes de la maternité afin de mieux les vivre physiquement et mentalement.
