Vanessa Véran

Dans ses cours, Vanessa invite les pratiquants à créer l’espace dont ils ont besoin tout en restant à l’écoute de leur corps, de leur souffle, et dans le plaisir du mouvement, pour les accompagner avec douceur vers l’accomplissement de soi. Passionnée de danse, Vanessa s’est tout d’abord intéressée au yoga pour sa dimension corporelle. Très vite elle a ressenti les bénéfices de cette pratique sur le plan physique mais aussi sur le plan mental et émotionnel et aujourd’hui elle l’appréhende dans sa dimension holistique. Ayant une expérience dans l’enseignement en tant que professeure de lettres, elle a éprouvé le désir de partager les bienfaits d’une pratique régulière et en conscience du yoga, aussi elle a choisi de se former pour la faire vivre. Après une formation initiale en Hatha et Vinyasa Yoga, pour enrichir à la fois sa pratique et son enseignement, elle a continué de se former en Vinyasa auprès de Gérard Arnaud, en Ashtanga, en Yin Yoga, Yoga de la femme et Yoga pré et post natal auprès de Bernadette de Gasquet.
