Certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1998, Ana has taught Pilates to a global audience through both in-person and online sessions, making her bilingual fitness programs accessible to people across the globe. Her approach emphasizes the holistic benefits of Pilates, focusing on physical strength, flexibility, and the mental clarity that comes with dedicated practice.
