Developing and maintaining regular physical activity is essential for good health and happiness. However, we often find it hard to maintain an exercise plan if we do it without discovering our ‘why’, our motivation. Whether your goal is to feel better, lose weight, get stronger, or to live a healthier life, staying on the right path takes consciousness and effort.
Our session will help you to be committed to your exercise goals through changing thinking patterns and behavior. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways so you’re much more motivated to exercise more.
