Immerse yourself in a healing journey with this pain relief gong meditation. Begin by taking a deep breath and settling into a comfortable position. Close your eyes and start by doing a gentle body scan, allowing yourself to become fully present in the moment. Bring your awareness to the part of your body that is experiencing discomfort, and visualize the tension and pain slowly dissipating with each exhale.
As you continue to breathe deeply, acknowledge your choice to release the discomfort, and invite in a sense of peace and calm. Visualize a soothing white light surrounding the affected area, bringing in healing energy and relief. Throughout this meditation, remember that your mind holds incredible power in alleviating pain. Allow yourself to surrender to the soothing vibrations of the instruments, knowing that you are capable of finding comfort and ease within yourself.
Affirm: I am stronger than my pain. With each exhalation, I release discomfort and tap into calm. I trust in my ability to heal myself.
