Grace Cuddy

Con 9 años de experiencia en enseñar y practicar yoga, Grace considera el movimiento como medicina y el yoga como un camino hacia la claridad mental y emocional, así como hacia lo divino.
Sus clases son rigurosas, inteligentes y se centran en la respiración. Con creatividad y un profundo conocimiento de anatomía y biomecánica, fusiona el vinyasa flow con momentos técnicos para explorar la alineación, fomentando el aprendizaje intelectual y la experiencia somática.
Ha trabajado con diversos grupos y personas a lo largo de los años, encontrando satisfacción en los resultados transformadores que la práctica tiene en cada individuo.
