Inicio mis estudios en la danza a la edad de 8 años, comenzando en las disciplina de Ballet clásico, Danza contemporánea, Jazz y Funky, hasta que a los 17 años empieza mi vida profesional como bailarina, a la que dedico más de 10 años, tras un breve paréntesis, en el que sigo unida profesionalmente al mundo de la comunicación y la actuación.Comienzo mis estudios en la disciplina de Pilates en el año 2005 de la mano de reconocidos profesores internacionales de prestigiosas escuelas de Pilates Contemporáneo como: STOTT PILATES (Canadá) y BMC PILATES(Londres) tanto en Pilates Mat cómo en Pilates Studio.Amplío mis estudios con formaciones en Pilates y patologías, Pilates y embarazo y trabajo del suelo pélvico. Continúo mi formación certificándome como instructora de TRX, Human Trainer Suspensión e instructora de BOSU & Ballast Ball.Mis ganas de aprender y vocación hacia la metodología y didáctica del movimiento, me hacen asistir a diferentes formaciones unidas a la disciplina del Pilates y/o a su metodología Yogilates, Garuda, Zenga… Desde el año 2012 hasta el 2015 fui la responsable de formación del área de Pilates y Entrenamiento en Suspensión en FEDA MADRID; aparte de las diferentes colaboraciones en eventos, convenciones master class y formaciones, tanto internas, como de otras federaciones nacionales e internacionales, como Feda Venezuela.Mi trayectoria profesional hoy en día está centrada principalmente en el REEBOK SPORT CLUB SERRANO como Coordinadora del Departamento de Pilates y como formadora y presenter en diferentes cursos,eventos y masterclass que se realizan en España. -Membership PMA: 208064.-Membership UPA (Union Pilates Authentic)-Miembro ANEP(Asociación Nac. de Entrenadores de Pilates)
