Jocelyne Courvoisier

Passionnée par l'expression corporelle et la compréhension du mouvement, Jocelyne s'est toujours intéressée aux disciplines visant à harmoniser le corps et l'esprit. Elle pratique le yoga et le qi gong mais c'est en approfondissant la méthode Pilates, associant maîtrise du corps, concentration, précision et fluidité du geste, que le changement s'est imposé.
Après dix années d'exercice dans une étude de notaires puis un cabinet d'avocat d'affaires, Jocelyne décide en 2009 de se consacrer entièrement à sa passion : la pratique et l’enseignement du Pilates. Elle suit alors la formation de Martine Curtis-Oakes et Kelly Moriarty au studio A-Lyne de Paris. Jocelyne est titulaire du diplôme d’instructeur Pilates « Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, chair et petits appareils » délivré par l’école A-Lyne Paris / Balanced Body University. Elle est également titulaire du Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle Animateur de Loisir Sportif (CQP ALS).
Jocelyne aime puiser dans la diversité du répertoire d'exercices Pilates pour créer des cours riches et intenses, transmettre les grands principes et connexions propres au Pilates, en utilisant régulièrement les accessoires (élastiques, petits ballons, rouleaux, magic circles) et respectant l'énergie de chacun. Des mouvements dynamiques, intelligents, rythmés par la respiration, où l'objectif est le renforcement du ""core"" (sangle abdominale), l'amélioration de la posture, la tonicité musculaire et la souplesse. Pour un corps plus fort et un esprit plus serein !
