Mara was introduced to the potency of Hatha Yoga in India 25 years ago and has been fully committed to the path of yoga ever since. She weaves together her background as a dance artist, her practice in the shamanic tradition, and all her years of experience on her mat - naturally what arises is a fluid, transformative, and embodied practice.
