Embody Confidence

This class is designed to help you to have some fun, let loose, and tap into your core strength so you can take a sense of self-confidence and play out into the world! Start with some free dancing and shaking to release any stuck energy before moving into down to the earth for a variety of core strengthening movements in table top and on your back. Culminate your practice with optional play in crow pose and wild thing.
