Ricardia Bramley

Ricardia Bramley ist ausgebildete Hatha-Yogalehrerin 500h BDY und durch die deutschen Krankenkassen anerkannte Präventionskursleiterin für Hatha Yoga. Sie unterrichtet u.a. in den Remedy und BEcycle Studios sowie in Firmen und Organisationen in Berlin und Florida/USA. Sie ist die Erfinderin der “YUNGsYOGA”(c) Serie, die speziell auf Männer zugeschnitten ist. Ricardias Fokus liegt darin, für jede(n) die passende Praxis zu finden, Modifizierungen einzubauen und präzise Vorschläge zu machen, um sicher und mit Freude Yoga zu praktizieren. Wenn es allerdings etwas gibt, dass sie "sehr ernst“ nimmt, ist es Humor. Beim Yoga, wie in allen Lebenslagen, geht es ihr darum, auch bei Herausforderungen die Leichtigkeit beizubehalten. Ihr Motto ist: „Wer beim Yoga nie lacht, macht irgendwas falsch!”
