Elodie découvre le yoga lors d’un séjour en Inde.
La recherche de l’équilibre et d’une conscience plus approfondie de son corps et de son souffle l’avait déjà amenée à pratiquer le Tai Chi, mais très rapidement la pratique du yoga prend une place particulière dans sa vie quotidienne. Formée à l’enseignement du hatha yoga par l’école Samyak en Inde du Sud, elle développe et enrichit sa pratique au fil du temps avec le vinyasa et l’ashtanga, puis avec le yin yoga et le restorative.
Ces apports variés lui permettent de proposer des cours à la fois dynamiques et relaxants, toujours dans une atmosphère détendue. Les cours d’Elodie permettent à chacun d’expérimenter l’équilibre, essentiel dans le yoga, entre action et lâcher-prise.
Dans la même optique et afin de pouvoir répondre de façon spécifique aux besoins des femmes enceintes et des nouvelles mamans, elle s’est formée à l’enseignement du yoga pré et postnatal en suivant l’enseignement du Dr Bernadette de Gasquet.
