Identifying Stressors
Connect with your feelings and body sensations to identify stressors and manage all your relationships from a place of empowerment and alignment.
In preparation for the Emersion Conference, Regina Meredith, host of Open Minds, tuned into her spirit team and was led to share this guided meditation for conscious relationships. Everything from work and hobbies to food and sleep is a relationship, and the body knows exactly and precisely how each relationship impacts it. When we learn how to tune in to the body’s wisdom, we can be more discerning about how we relate to every aspect of our lives.
Find a quiet place to practice this meditation and get curious about what feelings come up to be acknowledged. This is priceless information you can use to effectively manage all your activities and prioritize the ones most aligned with you.
During the meditation, allow your subconscious to absorb the following experiences and understandings:
✓ The mind is no longer the best tool for truth ✓ Your body is the first to know ✓ Your body will never lie to you ✓ Your body is giving you the gift of truth ✓ Your body can help you navigate new relationships and situations ✓ Your body can feel what is healthy and good for you ✓ You have free will to choose how you engage with the full spectrum of your relationships
Home play: The next time you’re faced with a new situation, person, or choice, take a second to tune in to your body. If any discomfort arises, don’t ignore those feelings; use that information to prevent increased stress. As you practice giving gratitude to your body for its message of discomfort, you’ll be able to tune in to that information with increasing speed, accuracy, and clarity.
