      Wisdom of Embodiment

      Our bodies hold all of our lived experiences and the language of our body is spoken through sensation. This practice uses breath and movement as potent mediums through which to understand the sensations spoken by the body.

      Move through a warming breath-to-movement sequence to awaken the larger muscles of the body and the felt senses. Continue through a flow of strong standing poses that challenge the legs, back body, core, and balance.
