Clemens Frede

Clemens Frede unterrichtet eine ausgefeilte Mischung aus präzisem Hatha Yoga, mit Elementen der Leistungspsychologie und sieht Yoga als Weg, über den Körper die Erfahrungen des Lebens zu verstehen. In seinem Unterricht vermittelt er nicht nur eine körperliche Praxis, sondern eine gesamtheitliche Erfahrung für Körper und Geist. Er hat seine Ausbildung in Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara und Embodied Flow absolviert (RYT500) und Leistungspsychologie (MA) studiert. Er unterrichtet seit 2009 Yoga-Klassen, Workshops und Retreats. Seine Klassen sind vielseitig, präzise in der Anleitung und ermutigen gleichzeitig zu Neugierde und Offenheit für eine neue Erfahrung.
