Pilates is an incredible way to strengthen and tone all the muscles of your body, in particular the muscles of your core and the muscles that support good posture, balance and alignment.
This workout will focus on strengthening and stretching your body to leave you feeling thoroughly worked out without even breaking a sweat. You will notice that with regular practice, your muscles feel longer and leaner and you move more freely throughout your day. This is a simple, fluid sequence within anyone's capability. As the founder of the Pilates Method, Joseph Pilates says, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will look different and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."
