      Playful Backbends

      Join Danielle Mika Nagel for an advanced vinyasa focusing on backbends. Backbends can bring up a lot of emotion and resistance. These mental blockages can create rigidity in the body. Create space in the shoulders, hips and spine to prepare for deep, consecutive backbends. Class will end with restorative postures to calm and ground the nervous system.

      Contraindications: Wrist, shoulder, neck, back, eye issues. We will be jumping through and jumping back into postures.
