Retrace Your Steps

This full spectrum practice encourages you to find a growth mindset by discovering something new within the familiar. Revisit postures multiple times throughout class to experience how different a shape can feel every single time. Begin in seated meditation with an invitation to explore ujjai breathing (victorious or oceanic breath). Mindfully build into repeated variations of lunging, folding, balancing, and twisting poses. Finish with a slow closing on your back of hip opening shapes followed by several moments of intentional integration in savasana.
